Language and Literacy Best Practices in Early Childhood Settings: B-3 (2026)

This course explores language and literacy development from birth through age three. Participants will learn how to use Louisiana’s ELDS and research-based practices to strengthen oral language, vocabulary, phonological awareness, print and alphabet awareness, comprehension, and emergent writing through responsive interactions, daily routines, read-alouds, play-based experiences, observation, and family engagement.
